With the ICBT and RPR two-for-one twisting machinery and fancy yarn machinery, We make production of twisted and fancy yarns for the home textile and clothing industry.We continue to be fast, flexible and sustainable quality-oriented with a twist capacity of around that 2400 tons per year
Produced yarns are mostly used in the production of knitted,tricot(knitwear),embrodiery, woven and jacquard fabrics.Generally we give service to Home textile such as curtain, drapery,upholstery,towel,embrodiery,velvet fabric producers and carpet makers.Also we produce yarns suitable for Clothing İndustry such as Menswear, Womenswear, Knitted Fabrics, Tricot (Knitwear), Hosiery, Scarf, Raschel Knit, Lace, Braid, Embrodiery fabrics.
Within the factory; Yarn twisting is done from 20 denier to 3800 denier.
With the ISO certification studies started in 2018 for the continuity and improvement of quality standards, the production capability has gained significant momentum and the factory is being transformed into an R & D center in the process of responding dec to new sample requests by its customers.

WEAVING
All the yarn preparation, warp preparation, weaving, quality control processes in the weaving department of our factory are carried out in an integrated way in-house.
We are able to produce an average of 180,000 m per month with our machine.
We use Spsteks for the production , we make our patterns with Ned Graphics. All our production is in OEKO-TEX standards and we have ISO 9001 certificate.
We produce up to a maximum width of 350 cm in our modern and large capacity production facility. We produce different warps from soft and very thin tulle, 100% linen, curtain fabrics, trevira cs and different upholstery fabrics. All fabrics are checked meter by meter, carefully packed and prepared for shipment.
Our weaving machines are ITEMA rapier R9500'2.
Itema has designed and developed its own rapier in-house, transferring the strength from the distinguished heritage of the big brands called Somet, Sulzer and Vamatex in the past.
