A Shining Star!

We started our journey with 3 yarn twisting machines in Bursa under the name of EGESIM in 2007, in a closed area of 4000 m² in Demirtaş Organized Industrial Zone;

We continue as an integrated facility with our modern machine park in the fields of fancy yarn Twisting, Folding and Weaving.

Unique Weft Transfer System

Itema has designed and developed its own rapier in-house, transferring the strength from the distinguished heritage of the big brands called Somet, Sulzer and Vamatex in the past.

Rear Bridge Roller

The rapier R95002 designed to weave fiberglass features a Light Weight Back-Rest Roller ensuring high reactivity, able to compensate the lack of elasticity characteristic of this specific yarn.

Rotary Fabric Bar

Specific to weave fiberglass is the Rotary Fabric Bar, designed for open construction patterns to avoid weft distortion.

ELD – Electronic Leno Apparatus

Flexibility increases due to the Minimized weft weft and the Motorized Weft Cutting which allows weft cutting adjustment. Moreover, the innovative ELD – Electronic Leno Apparatus, unique in the industry, provides complete leno bonding on the fabric side.
